My name is Tim Coll. On January 1, 2024, I was sworn in as Public Safety Commissioner in Saratoga Springs, NY, by the Honorable Francine Vero. I am proud and humbled to be  Public Safety Commissioner and collaborate professionally with the Mayor and my fellow Commissioners. I serve the public with integrity.

I am 60 years old and married with two grown sons. I have a thirty-year record in law enforcement. In my time with the FBI, I have managed diverse teams of people and worked with federal, state, and local agencies in a variety of areas including white collar crime, drug enforcement, and terrorism. I was deployed to Iraq for the FBI in a supervisory role where, among other duties, I assisted with the recovery of American soldiers behind enemy lines.
